The privacy policy applies to personal data you provide to us, or that we collect via Padelshoppen’s website, www.padelshoppen.com. Padelshoppen is the data controller for your personal data. PADELSHOPPEN’S COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA<\/h2>\n\n\n

What personal data do we collect, and for what purposes?<\/h3>\n\n\n

When you visit our website, we automatically collect information about you – for example which browser you use, your IP address, your search terms on the site and information about your computer – in order to improve your overall experience on our site.<\/p>\n\n\n

When you buy a product from us we collect information about you, such as name, address, email address and telephone number. We also store information about which products you buy and any you return, so that we can deliver products to you and meet our bookkeeping obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n

When you create a profile or make a purchase, you can tick whether you wish to receive our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time, either via the website or at the bottom of the marketing you receive.<\/p>\n\n\n

What is the basis for the collection?<\/h3>\n\n\n

The collection of information is necessary so that we can look after our interests, improve the whole customer experience at Padelshoppen for you, and offer you relevant deals.<\/p>\n\n\n

You have the right at any time, on specific grounds, to object to our processing of the personal data we collect in order to improve functions on Padelshoppen.com. DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/h2>\n\n\n

If you do not use our webshop for a period of one year, we automatically delete the information we have registered about you. To meet legal requirements, however – including accounting legislation (five years from the end of the financial year) and consumer legislation (the two-year right of complaint) – we may keep certain personal data for longer.<\/p>\n\n\n

Information collected on the basis of your consent to receive marketing by email, SMS and post will be deleted if you withdraw that consent, unless we are entitled to continue processing it.<\/p>\n\n\n
